I agree it’s very techy at times … unfortunately, every web host that offers this amount of functionality has to have quite a few techy bits! I’m planning on writing a full guide to setting up a website/blog soon, so will link to that from this review when it’s done, and hopefully it’ll help people in future.

Hope you get the site set up okay, Lisa! The support team have always been very friendly and helpful when I’ve needed them.

I would just say that you have to be pretty tech savvy for this to work for you. It is very complicated to set up, and you can’ t get support right then, so you have this delay that’s frustrating. It’s not user friendly for novices.
